U.S. Cellular sent me my bill with a $9.99 charge on it for something called. Fashion your flare? I called to see what it was and they acted like they had no idea. They said to just pay my bill and they would look into it. I paid my bill so it would not be late and I paid the $9.99 charge as well. If they do not credit my bill next month I am not paying any of it. I will just stop their service and go with someone else. I have not signed up with auto withdraw yet, Thank God. This is terrible to see they are doing this to other people as well.
They can't get away with this for very long.
I certainly did not sign up for anything. And I certainly did not go through the long process they tell you that you would have to go through to sign up.
This is very distrubing to find out that they can do something like this.
