Went to McAfee site to extend my annual service, somehow while updating my service I was directed to Guruaid thinking I was talking to McAfee tech service. This foreign voice led me to believe he was upgrading my service while taking all the junk out of my laptop. After being charged the $299.99 I noticed my laptop was still running slow and nothing had really changed. Today I had a friend take a look, he is a computer expert. He went thru the laptop today and fixed all the problems. The Guru people will listen to you but won't refund the money at all cost.
