I contacted to via Google as they said they were McAfee representatives. I wanted a rebate from McAfee. They said they could do it and then asked to access my computer to see the email. I allowed it... Big error. They said my computer was slow and Security Essentials was installed incorrectly. All they basically did was delete a few files - run a couple of tree listings and then reinstalled MSE exactly the same way as I did. Ref the McAfee rebate all they did was access my McAfee account and ask for a rebate. I realise I could do this. Idiot. Dont use this company
