I ordered Third Watch Series of DVDs on Dec 12 and was advised that it would take 3-5 weeks, I paid $65.00 Cdn
After 6 weeks (on Feb 7) and no package, I contacted them and was advised by Gordon Kennedy the Support Manager that the package was lost by the Post Office and that they had filed a complaint and I would hear in 3-5 days.
Nothing further despite numerous e mails.
The site now closed and e mails returned as undeliverable
