I recieved a voicmail (Recorded Exhibit). I recieved a call from the same number on March 7. The caller was Amanda from CallVista on 1225 Jefferson Road Rochester, NY 14623. The voicmail and call proved I applied for a CSR position and was interviewed for a CSR position on March 8th. I was offered what was really an opportunity for a job I was still not aware of. The first day of training was March 11. Now I find out that it is a Sales position. Colleges such as Argosy, Everest, Coloroda Tech and Streyer pay CallVista for leads. They wanted me to tell vulnerable people that certain colleges are the best fit. For example: "I have something that is perfect!"Argosy's Business BA. (But really, Argosy pays CallVista the most and that is why) Deception. There are more too, I have a copy of their manipulating script. I can examine it for you as well. They then tell you that the job is not actually offered until you pass the 5 day training and an exam with grade 85 or above. This was Alex the trainer who advised all 7 uf us trainers on march 12th of 2013. I was also told that CallVista will send me home on my shifts if they deemed my sales performance below their standards. There is not even a gaurentee if you get the job that you will have the 10am to 6pm hours as they sell in the interview. They do not offer comission based on sales either. They also have a sales metirc (2-3%) and 5% is a VIP rep. This is a sales job Period. I have a consciouss and cannot and would have never applied to CallVista as I am not qualified with my the consciouss level I have. I did not apply or interview for a Sales job. I do not know what damages yet (may be without approved UI now) but this is more about reported deception. This happens allot and it affects how others view me (employment history) because they assume. I have had many many jobs due to having to leave, retaliation, broken oral contracts (not wanting to be an acomplice to theft or illegal drugs, sexual conduct, deception, poor health standards (food industry), white collar crime and harassment) because will not lie to myself and live a lie.
