Took money from my account without correct authorisation, and when I complained they refused to refund it. I was told no funds would be taken until the first process was successful, my case wan't even started? Bad company, trying to get a refund, hopefully my bank will provide this, if not the it's off to court. I setup a site globalvisas.info to stop other from making the same mistake, take note and read the bad reviews! They prey on what you want and will tell you anything so you will hand over the money, by then it's too late!!
