I am very upset regarding global visas services. I paid £500 straight away to get the process flowing. Then a my 4 year niece took very ill and unfortunately passed away. I could not leave the country due to this, of course I need to stay around family at this hard time. I asked for a refund as I don't no when I will be able to travel again and I got told I can't receive one. They have not done any work for me. And I just feel totally deceived by this company. Something has to be done! Iv literally just threw away £500 that I can't afford! Please help!!!
