I paid in full $700 for upper snap-on veneers from Brighter Image Lab in October. Today is March 12 and I STILL HAVE NOT received them. I am getting excuse after excuse after excuse and talking to numerous individuals, Laurie mainly, Lisa who claims to be the manager. I asked Lisa for the name of the owner and she refused to give it to me. I've spoken with Jason, Ashley, and others and have received excuse after excuse. Finally, I've requested a full refund. I told Laurie that I am not going to give them $700 for nothing. After I had to put them on legal notice that I intend to contact the governing office of Business Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices, my Congressman, and members of the President's office to expose their deception. I'm wondering if they really do have a lab or are they working out of a house or in a basement somewhere. It all seems fishy. I'm wondering if this Laurie or Lisa person have an online business in their home and receives the orders and sends them out instead of the impression going directly to the lab. Either way, it is all deceptive. How is it that they feel they can take your money and not provide you with a product??? I'm going ALL the way with exposing this company. I'm taking this thing NATIONWIDE and INTERNATIONAL since they claim they have offices in other countries, i.E., London.
