On 12/18, I returned and cell phone (Samaugn Knack factory refurbished verizon for $59.99. THE PHONE DID NOT WORK1 I phone the company, they instructed me to return the phone alone with a special form that I got off the internet. I request my refund. That was denied. I then requested another cell phone. That was denied. Therefore, I have NO CELL PHONE and they kept my money. I need HELP.
