I ordered a $19.95 item and printed out a order confirmation #3542703 showing a TOTAL of $19.95 and I get a notice on my credit card that they charged $29.95. I called the customer service and got a real run around and they said they would invesgate this matter in seven days after it has shipped and then I would have to pay the shipping and return fees for this bait and switch.
