I placed an order for face creme with worldwidebeautystore.com on 2/3/02 and in order to take advantage of their offer to avoid shipping charges, I paid through my checking account electronically. I received an email confirming my order on 2/4 for the creme for $115.00. A month went by in which I never received the creme and I noticed that my checking account had been debited the $115 on February 11th. When I pulled up their website and checked my order status to ensure it was en route, they indicated that the same order number (101278975920697) had been declined and that no payment was made! I emailed them on March 17 and the 21st and have heard nothing back. Maybe you can get through to them? Meanwhile, I've definately been ripped off by worldwidebeautystore.com! Please help.
