I noticed a $90 charge was taken out of my personal checking account. Upon further research I noticed that $90 had been taken out every other week beginning the last week of September. I called the company to find out what was going on. I got a woman on the phone advising me I was extended a $300 loan and that they were waiting for me to reply to them as to whether or not I wanted it.in the meantime, a $90 fee was being taken out until I replied. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was then disconnected. I called back and got the same rep on the phone. I advised her I'd just been speaking to her and that I was disconnected when she was putting me through to a supervisor. She acted like she had no idea who I was. She placed me on hold then came back on the line saying her supervisor would call me back. I waited all day for a reply and never got a call back. I called back the next day, but it was Saturday and they were closed. I called back again Monday & Tuesday but with no avail. Finally, I called my bank and put a stop payment on the charge. Once I did that, that company sent my account to collections. I have no idea what this is about and whatever loan they provided was paid back twicefold as the total amount they deducted from my account was $720. Now I'm receiving letters from some collection agency advising me I owe over $500 for some loan I never requested. I need help resolving this issue please.
