This company deposited $250 into my checking account without my consent. I contacted the company right away (had to go through my bank since they do not supply a contact number). I advised them I had been a victim of identity theft and did not apply for this loan. I advised I would be more than willing for them to take there money out of my account however I would not be paying any additional fees. The agent said no problem. A week went by and still nothing had been withdrawn. I contacted the number again provided by my bank and was told they only lend money not collect and I would have to wait for my account to be given to a company to pay back. I refused to wait because I wasn't going to pay any extra fees. After about 10 minutes of arguing I was given some email to send a complaint to and I did just that. I advised them of it wasn't removed from my account by 1/5. I would close the account and will be happy to go to court. Again advising I'm not paying any additional fees. The money was deducted from my account and the same day I closed that account. Today I received a call from a third party collection agency stating I owe them an additional $150!!! The collection representative was the most rude person I've ever spoke to and she hung up on me!!! I called my bank again and asked for the number to this company, called and was told they aren't aware of why my account is in collections!!! This is one big mess!!! For those whom have voluntarily took out loans with this company I'm sorry that times are so bad you have to deal with a long shark company such as this! For those of us that have been victimized by this company what are your next steps? Myself am happy and waiting to be taken to court by such scam artist, I'm going to she them for emotional distress and fraud!!!
