On 3-3-13 i set up an account through jail call services for $29.99 and a one time activation of $14.95 i was supposed to receive calls from a correctional facility with this account but it has been 5 days and still no calls and my account is at a negative balance i can not reach this company by phone and they will not e-mail me back
