Genuine Jimmy Choo Shoes Refunded to Buyer Without Asking Me

I sold genuine Jimmy Choo shoes (including the receipt from Selfridges in London for GBP 499), and the buyer said they were fake! I know they were not, because I bought them myself and she has the receipt!
She opened a case, not on eBay, via PayPal, and they decided to give her a full refund with no communication with me whatsoever! Not only that, PayPal also decided that she can destroy my shoes! What right do they have to do that?
So now I have no shoes and no money, nothing! I was treated disgustingly. Now she has designer shoes worth GBP 499 for free! If I had known, I would have kept my receipt instead of sending it!
