I booked a flight with flylink.ca on Sept. 24 for my father whom is handicap to fly with me from Feb. 6 2013 to Mar. 05 2013. The agent Michael made a mistake and did not book for the date as i had specified in my credit card authorization form. The ticket cost $803.37. On the evening of Feb. 5 2013 i checked the itinerary and noticed that the agent Michael had made a mistake and had my father flying that evening and not the next day like i was. We were supposed to fly together. My husband and i called Flylink.ca for hours but no one picked up the phone, left lots of messages for them to correct the mistake, but no one got back to me. On Feb. 6 2013 went to the edmonton airport to see if there was anything they could do, but they said i had to talk to flylink.ca. I had no choice but to buy another ticket. I bought it with Air Canada and it cost $1597.30
called flylink.ca spoke with agent Jane who finally returned my call. But she said there was nothing they could about returning my money. But said she will talk to her manager and give me another ticket to be used next time and that i had to fax all the information, which i did. She also said she would send me an email confirming but she fail to do. I had to fly that day. Called Jane again when i got back from my trip. I called her Mar. 6 2013 and Jane said she will deal with this and talk to her manager and email me. Once again she fail to do this. I called back this morning and left message with another agent to please call me in the next half hour. It has been three hours and no contact. It appears that the agents from flylink.ca are ignoring my case since they already had my money. I had never had problems with them before, and been booking tickets with them for over five years. I would like my case resolved ASAP
