They promised us a loan reduction from $395,000 to $285,600, and a rate reduction from 5,25% to 2%. One year later they have done nothing but request more financials. A request for copies of everything in our file resulted in a promise to send them top us, but no files. When I notified them FBI is investigating them for fraud they terminated our contract without refunding our $3,500
