I called AppleCare so I thought the person who answered the phone led me to believe it was apple care. He said that he did not see me on the computer, it has expired he told me. So I renewed it with him. Then the line was cut off, I then called the real apple care and they told me that I'm still protected by the plan. I immediately called my tech for billing and complained she was the rudest person I have ever encountered she kept saying that they won't be able to refund my money. When I asked to speak to supervisor, she said they are in meetings and they could not help me anyway. Disappointed!!! Scam
