We used My Perfect Resume (myperfectresume.com) to assist our daughter in creating a resume and paid for 7 days access. Under My Perfect Resume conditions when a consumer signs up for 7 days access for $3.95 they charge your card $34.95 on the 8th day after paying the $3.95. This charge occurs whether you use the service or not. This will go on continuously each month until you catch the charges.

When we complained they directed us to their web site with directions on how to cancel. The directions don't work and the options just take you in circles and never cancel anything.

Very frustrating and suspect at the very least. Very poor business practices and borders on a scam. It would seem this company needs to be more explicit in what they are charging and for how long those charges will reoccur.
