Spent the better part of this day trying to get help from Yogendra Singh and Jyothsna Gunti trying to get my frame to work properly. I was instructed to "reset" the frame several times and was given a different activation code each time, but couldn't get it to work... I keep getting only the recorded advertisements from Kodak and it will not receive any photos I try to upload... Thanks, Mary
