Ripoff, dishonest -photos on-line of products to buy are not the same as you receive and cheaper quality when shipped!

I ordered a license plate frame from this company, which was photographed on their web site, the frame I received was totally different than the one pictured on their site.

Also their frame pictured appears to be metal, the one I received was (plastic) I paid a total of $18.70 for a plastic license plate frame!

I e-mailed Roush Industries about being misrepresented (three) times and they totally refuse to answer my e-mails, they are ignoring my complaint.

My complaint is basically simple, these idiots sold me a plastic license plate frame for $18.70 that even had their web address stamped on it, which was not the same frame pictured on their site!

Also the frame was not metal it was plastic, just like the ones that car dealers etc. Give you for free! Please beware of this company!
