I ordered Touched by an Angel complete boxset, on 13 December. A couple of days later they sent me an email confirming order had been processed and sent. It said estimated delivery would be 3-4 weeks. On 18 January I went onto their website to see tracking for item, the order ID was not recognised by their site. I then sent them an email, enquiring about the where-abouts of my parcel and that I had not yet recived it. They replied to me almost a month later, saying that they apologise and have resent the package. Mid-February I have read reviews that they were a scam. Today, 3 March I find that their website has been shut down.
