Disappointed with the car service deal which is misleading

I got a major service $29 voucher from workshop auto service centre. No where in the deal it is mentioned that we have to pay for anything. However, on calling the service company, I was asked to pay $120 for the minor service apart from $29.
There was no way I could use the $29 and eventually I lost it. I would like a refund as this was a misleading deal posted by living social.
