I ordered a DVD boxed set of the TV Show L.A. Law on December 15th and paid for it at the time. I was told the order would arrive in 3 weeks. I never received my order and when I contacted Gordon Kennedy, he sympathized with me and told me he would send another set of DVD's immediately. When those didn't arrive I contacted my credit card company and had the charge reversed. I notified Gordon and he became belligerent and ceased communications. They should be shut down and prosicuted. I'm glad I didn't wait any longer to reverse the charge.
