I ordered a sample of face cream. About a month later I received another package with another jar, and a bill for $99.98 when I phoned my credit card they had debited this amount. When I phoned the customer number I was told to make the best of the special offer. Advised that I did not want the product. I was given a returns number. I sent the product back with tracked mail, at a cost of £10. I checked and the parcel had arrived. I then phoned them and was told the money would be credited to my account. I phoned twice more to be told that the money would be credited. However surprise surprise it has not. I think I will just have to accept the fact that you can not trust this company. They are just unscrupulous and I don't know how they sleep at nights.
