This is a company EU BUSINESS register offering registration of businesses in their "Trade register" The form says sign if you want inclusion.in very small print is a contract to pay 995 Euros! - which I only realised after an invoice was sent to me 1 month after!

I sought web advice and saw this blog - which says its a scam. I denied to make the payment as their communication procedures are very ineffective and wrong.

-this discussed the same company which also operated another scam 3 months ago, REGISTER OF WORLD BUSINESSES.in one of the blogs, there was the suggestion of informing their bank, which I have now done, UNICREDIT BULBANK in Bulgaria. I informed them what their no. A/c 1519 985205 holder's activities are and sent the same web link as above as proof of their activity plus the demand for payment that I received. I also included to UNICREDIT BULBANK the email I had sent to EU BUSINESS SERVICES LTD informing that they are acting against EU Directive 29/EC the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive regarding "misleading commercial practices" and "aggresive commercial practices"and will be forwarding any of their future demands for payments or threats to UK and Netherlands authorities, and asked for their business registration number and the name of their CEO.
