Ripoff dishonest domain name registere

Internet & Web

I wanted to register a domain name based on their online promotion advertisement. After extensive domain name search, they confirmed the availability of the domain name www.Tech.com. Before registering, their site also reconfirmed the domain name. I immediately paid the registration fee and printed an invoice. Next day I received an email from this company asking me to pay for the registration. Upon calling their customer service they confirmed that they have received the payment. I informed to all my customers and associates about the domain name and the site launching date.

One of my customers called me today and informed me that the domain name belongs to somebody else. When I called again, one of their managers told me that they would secure the above name for me. Now I have received an email from them in which they admitted finally that the domain name belongs to somebody else.

Everyday, thousands of people register domain name and park them for future use. They very well know that most of the names were never used in the immediate future. They claim that they search all the domain names in the world before they register any name.

This is a very dishonest business practice and they know that they can make thousands of dollars through these false online transactions and in most cases people will not mind because this is a small payment. But a small fee multiplied by several thousands becomes a huge sum for them. This what exactly what they are up to. Very innovative and clean business tactics to ripoff people.

I lost credibility of my business name to my customers and associates. I want to file a lawsuit against them. Please help.
