I purchased a John Deere 5603 4x4, cab, loader tractor through ebay equipment purchase program. He was to deliver it on Feb21 he emailed me on18 Feb. Saying he was on schedule and he never showed up. Since then I have been trying to get in touch with him and ebay neither one of them will return my calls or emails.
