Signed up for the trial offer as confident after reading channel 4 had said it was a genuine company and you can cancel. Which I have and have no conformation email confirming this. I spoke to someone to confirm it all had been cancelled and yet even before I have recived the pills they have debited my account for another mths worth of pills which I haven't agreed to. Haveing major problems with my bank account Barclays as thy say they can't cancel anything I have to cancel it with the company which I have but still money is goin out of my account and I have no product sent to me atal. I'm now over drawn and don't no what to do help!!!
