Debit my bank for 149$ that I thought was a free trial

Free trial of pills but was charged 149$ i had moved from fl to ma and did not use the pills but returned all other bottles with a note to say i did not order same and cancel pills today spoke with a rep and she did not offer any help other than cancel my so called order, i am annoyed that they can access my bank account very unethical practise
