I ordered the series "Dark Shadows" on 12/11.
I have not received the order as of 2/22. I contacted the companies' Website on 1/12 and received an explanation of the processing and shipping procedures. I contacted the companies' Website on 2/6 and received another explanation similar to the first. My credit card was charged in January. I fear that I have been scammed. The explanations of shipping has an email address of "support@dvdgator.com" (person's name on the email was Gordon Kennedy). When I tried to contact them again, the email address no longer exits.
