I purchased cookware from Westbend back in 1988 shortly after we moved into our home. The cookware cost me over $1000 and I was promised an unlimited no fault warranty on my pots pans. I now need to use that warranty and Regal Ware who now owns Westbend will not cover the warranty because they want to charge me for shipping. The shipping cost to and from the factory comes out to almost the cost of buying a new pot and lid. This unacceptable and I have filed a complaint with the Wasington State attorney generals office.
