Bank Of America Mortgage loan, Situation
due to loss income due car accident. I been denied serveral
modification, I qualify for. I received a
mortification 2009 with Country Wide, and then 2008 Bank Amrica took over and deny my modification that was already process with Country Wide. My lender in refiance mis lead be to believe their where going to lower my mortgage payment and give me a fixed Income, But all their done was increase my mortgage Principle over the valve of my home, and increase my mortgage in five year to ever and
larger amount that I can'nt affort, their knew
from the beginning that I needed help and their defect rates of nearly 40% percent in some months rates that were 10 times the standard industry defect rate this information I finally learn through all my problems trying to get a loan, Their convince me to get a larger loan obligation, knowing I needed help at the time my loan was 133, ooo. Oo now 204,000.00 which I can 'nt effort. I taking a loan to fixed major repairs, roof etc. Genesis progrom. If I lived in the home eight year I do'nt have to pay back, The Property was in bad shape when I move in vacant for two year, I had to take down a shed or barn that was falling apart befor I move in because it was the owner problem, She said if I did she with work with me to get to loan my giving me some money down. I kept the house in good shape with very little money did all the work my self, I'm and single parent with just high school education, dylistic work hard all my life to
hope to have a home. That their now what to take from me
