Unable to Cancel Service Online, Phone Line Always Busy

I have tried (via their web site) to shut down my cell phone service. The computer always answers with, "Our reps are busy, try back later". Later never comes as this is their standard reply (when I call, anyway). I've written to the, Better Business Bureau" and again, no reply.
