I went to this restaurant at 10 pm Wednesday February 20th. They don't have half of the item in the menu. No fry I asked to replace by onion ring. 10 min later waiter came back and said they don't have onion ring. And my order will be another 20 min late. Because, they have a large order.
I have been in I hop for last 10 years. Never had a problem like this. This store is dirty. People are rude and night shift manager don't know any manner. She never told me sorry or apologize for the inconvenience instead she had and attitude, just get out of here. I just saw the internet review about this restaurant. This is the worst it could be.
A good company like I hop should do something about this. I don't want to wait 20 minute and drive to another place while I am hungry: (
You also should check the internet review about this place. I bet customer service in not doing their job. All the review they have none is positive.

This entire employee and the manager should be replaced by new set of crow. Or else the place needs to be shut down. To save the Name of I hop
