I did not at any time see the page that you have a hyper link to in your response. There was no mention of a 14 day trial. This was not a trial offer that I answered. I answered to a survey and at no time did I see your page or any of the terms and conditions you have stated in your e-mail.

I am also asking my bank for an investigation and still demand my money back.
This is not the way to get customers to buy your product, if you have a good product you do not need to cheat people out of their hard earned money with such lies and ploys.

Again, i state refund my money as soon as possible.
