I ordered bug defend one time only, a few months ago, for one set price, and i got my bank statement and the money was taken out of my account without my say so, i tried to contact them several time but no results it had the wrong phone#, a invoice#, & transaction# was given also, so when it arrived at my house, i had the postman return it to sender, i would like something to be done about this real soon
