When I was searching the internet for different products for bed bugs I found bug defend. I did not sign up for automatic services, I just wanted to try the product. The company still sent new portion, that I didn't order, and charged me additional 39.80. To cancel transaction seems to be impossible - the telephone doesn't work, website doesn't work too.
