I went online to apply for a loan and received a call not even halfway through my application from some foreign woman who gave me a promo code and supposedly walked me through the app process... Once I clicked submit and the app said it was approved she then said I would receive a email and rushed me off the line. I checked my email several minutes later and didn't have one from the company... That's when I noticed this was a scam... I gave them personal information and I dnt want this to effect anything as far as my credit is concerned!
