TOTALLY SUPRISED BY A SCAM Emara46@sbcglobal.net

I went on line looking for a payday loan, thinking that i had found one i filled out the applicatinon, but i there was a dirty trick hiding in wating for me unkownigly by filling out the loan application i was also being tricked into taking a credit card that i had no intrest in.

While reading the loan application i decided i did not want the loan but because my information had already been put in the credit card people (AKA) USA CREDIT all ready had my information even though i did't give them permission to draft my account for their credit card or submit the loan application or receive any conformation that i would get a loan or a credit card from anyone. Thinking that because i didn't complete the process of the application i had nothing to worrie about but low and behold I get a statment from my bank with a $149.95 draft from USA CREDIT that i did not athourize plus i have a $35.00 overdraft fee and i was expected to pay this. I was ferious

I called my bank and they gave me this eight hundred number 800-685-9345 this was on a Saturday they were closed so I called back Monday morning finally after five or six different people I got the Accounting dept, here is a derect line for those of you who still have time to try to resolve this scam 800-634-6730 they seem to cooperate better when i informed them that i was recording this converstation and that i had filed a compliant with the BBB.org in their state and by the way when i put their first phone number in at the BBB the name of the company came up as Impluse Marketing Group. The address is 5887 Glendridge dr NE. St#400 Atlanta GA 30328. The best thing to do is not to apply for a loan of any kind with out calling first and making sure the company is on the up and up!!
