Mr. Guttman rented me a property in MI but his company is based in NV. During the course of my investigations I have found that Mr. Guttman had 9 alias's and 35 company's. The home he rented me had no plumbing, heating, or electricity. I have replaced all of this at my cost. I informed him the under MI law I am allowed to deduct these costs from my rent and he has now started eviction proceedings. The nadlan group is no longer in good standing in NV and the business license has also expired. He has stolen peoples identities and hide behind NV's lienient business laws. He has also purchased home in NV under one company name, sold it to another company that he owns, and sold it yet again to another one of his companys all within 6 months.
