The bad reviews are on target

I made numerous attempts at placing an order on line. The website is a nightmare. I called and a customer service rep stayed on the line with me until the order was processed. I did not recieve my item and my account history shows no order history. I made the purchase with a gift card I recieved for Christmas and of course the balance on the card is now $O. Oo. I see nothing but bad reviews in any forum that I search. Stay away from this company unless you have $ to burn. Placing an order with this company is a gamble and the odds are not in the customer's favor.
