SOLUTIONS.com - delivery of items ordered from website

I ordered 4 items, all supposedly in stock, on December 16, and paid extra for rush shipping. To date I've received only two items. I've called and emailed the company - response has been pathetic. First they couldn't give me a ship date, then they couoldn't give me tracking numbers. They just sent an email saying one items has been shipped on December 30 - two weeks after I ordered it! No one there cares - their "customer service" people are obviously way past the point of caring about thier customers.

In checking the internet I find that this comapny is a division of Norm Thompson, and they too have a terrible record of shiiping items slowly if at all.

Save yourself time and trouble - DON'T BUY FROM SOLUTIONS.com!!!
