They represented themselves as Apple help. Charged me $200. Within two hours I realized I was scammed, called them back (2 hours to get to someone) got a refund transaction number (bogus) and now I'm calling BBB and the state attorney general. Apple will also be hearing of this. Maybe they'll sue the (Inappropriate Content Removed) out of them.
