After many emails to and from the company regarding a Cagney and Lacey DVD set that was clearly a bootleg copy, the company insisted I mail it back and they would give me a full refund. I kept in touch with them and they received my item, and assured me a refund check would be mailed out. There website is no longer active and I have never received a check.
