I called Hp customer service was turned over to naveen the tech & was told not to worry they would fix all the problems I said microsoft word was not openning and then they took control of my computor and had it for atlest 2 hrs. After after all said and done they had me paying for high bill. Not working right since. Now today Feb. 4 they called alarming me that they are from microsoft and my pc is being attacked I questioned them and they hung up! I want my money back! Help
