I called Hp customer service was turned over to Pat the tech & was told not to worry they would fix all the problems I said microsoft word was not openning and then they took control of my computor and had it for atlest 2 hrs. After after all said and done they had me paying for high bill. Not working right since. Now today Feb. 16 they called alarming me that they are from microsoft and my pc is being attacked I questioned them and they hung up! I want my money back! Help!
