Process Server trespassed and hit pedestrian and left scene and caused false foreclosure with purjured document RIPOFF

Process server working for Nationwide Process Service trespassed onto private property to serve foreclosure papers issued by Countrywide Home Loans on a neighboring property. The process server hit a pedestrian and left the scene without even acknowleging the incident. The process server then filed a false proof of service document in the county recorders office stating that she served the papers on an occupant of the property that was being foreclosed on.

Countrywide Home Loans then continued the foreclosure proceedings. Luckily the victim of the hit and run accident was able to save the property so that Countrywide Home Loans and Nationwide Process Service could be held liable for his injuries. The victim has already amassed over $36,000.00 in medical bills and has approximately $50,000.00 additional bills coming up. Until the personal injury case that has been filed is settled, his bills are being paid by Medicare which is funded by the working citizens of the United States. He feels that this is unfair and that Countrywide Home Loans and Nationwide Process Service should be held accountable.

Victim hired a retired FBI agent to investigate the companies involved and has turned up very distrubing information. Process servers and the companies they work for, depeding on the state, are not regulated and/or licenced. They have no bond, no police or FBI background check and they are allowed to enter public buildings, sometimes unchecked.in state where no checks are done, process servers can be felons, child molesters, murderer's, or any other violent criminal.

The citizens of America need to put a stop to these practices before the terrorists realize that this loophole exists.
