Realty Company need to remove paid debt from credit bureau

In 2004 while residing at 70 Hughes Street (Hidden Pointe Apartments, I had received an eviction notice from Circuit Court Office in Ozark Alabama. I paid to have process ended and continued to live there until 2007. On Feb. 2009 while waiting fot results from another apartment company this debt with Hall Realty was on my credit report. I called local office (334-598-3785) and talked to the manager, Felicia Brunsman. Mrs Brunsman was also the manager at the time I moved, asked her if she could find out what the debt was. On the credit report it said the debt was 250.00 willing to pay that amount I told her I would come in. I went to local office she called her manager, and I stayed there for 45 minutes waing for her manager to return her call no one called. I went home and shortly she called and gave me the number to a collection agency that her manager said was dealing with the debt. I talked with Saundra who said she had nothing on me. I tried calling main office with no luck. Later I called back and talked with service operator who said she would foward my call. Still heard nothing. Today I called local office and main office and still no one returned my call. No one can tell me or give me any information. I asked local manager Mrs. Brunsman if I could get a copy of debt and the break down of what is being charged she said she would but have yet to receive anything on this debt. I can not get any satisfaction on this. This debt has been paid if it had not been would they had continued to let me stay there an additional three years. I need this debt to be remove from my credit. Hall Housing need to be held accountable. How do I get help what should I do next?
