A horrible experience!

After reading the reviews below I actually feel comforted to know that I'm not alone and that these awful things did not just happen to me. This office is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a medical or any other office. On 3 separate occasions this office tried to "pull one over on us" and on the 2nd and 3rd they actually got us good. First they tried to charge a higher co-pay for my children saying that b/c they were children it was considered a specialist's appt. I called my insurance company and they had to call Gentle Dental to set them straight b/c it should be just a regular appt. 2nd time the Dentist told me I needed a deep cleaning and when I objected he agreed to allow me to have the standard cleaning... When I went in to have my cleaning the hygientist had a very thick spanish accent and had broken english and turns out she gave me the deep cleaning afterall and then they of course wanted to charge me $200 for this, after arguing they agreed to only charge me 1/2. Finally, on Mon. I spoke to the office manager to find out exactly what my husband's Wed. Appt. Would cost she gave me a figure and I sent him with a check for that amount. When he was done with the appt. The total was more than $1,500.00 over what she had told me on Monday!!! The icing on the cake for that incident is when I disputed the charge, the office manager called me and yelled at me, insulted me and argued with me for about 45 FORTY FIVE minutes leaving me in tears. Don't do it. Just don't go to this office unless you are into being taken advantage of!
